1. Definitions
“Service“ refers to DeepSender‘s online email verification platform and related features, including both subscription-based and credit-based pricing models.
“User“, “You“, or “Your“ refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
“Account“ means your registered user account with login credentials that you use to access the Service.
“Credits“ means pre-purchased email verification units consumed when verifying email addresses under the credit-based model.
“Subscription Plan“ means a recurring monthly or annual plan granting access to a defined number of verifications and platform features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Account Registration and Security
Registration: To use the Service, you must register for an Account by providing an email address and creating a password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent.
4. Service Description
DeepSender offers:
- Free Tier: Basic email validation, format checks, and disposable domain detection (limited usage).
- Standard & Premium Subscriptions: Higher usage limits, MX record checks, SMTP validation, CSV/Excel export, catch-all detection, role-account detection, custom integrations, and priority support.
- Credit-Based Model: Pay-as-you-go credits for ad-hoc verification with volume discounts and flexible billing options.

5. Payment & Billing
Subscription Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Credit Purchases: Credits are prepaid; they expire 12 months after purchase unless used. Unused credits are non-refundable.
Pricing Changes: We may modify pricing at any time. Changes to subscription fees will apply upon renewal. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of significant fee increases.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by your jurisdiction.
6. Refund Policy
Subscriptions: You may cancel a subscription at any time. We offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of annual plans if canceled within the first 14 days. Monthly plans are non-refundable after the first billing cycle.
Credits: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
7. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited emails or for any unlawful purpose.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software underlying the Service are the property of DeepSender or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights by using the Service.
9. Data Privacy

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: The Service is provided “as is“ and “as available“. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepSender‘s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepSender, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your infringement of third-party rights; or (c) your misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:
- By You: Cancel your subscription or close your Account.
- By DeepSender: Immediately upon notice if you materially breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and any unused subscription period or credits may be forfeited as described in Section 6.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and indicate the date of revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
14. Governing Law
